How to Enter: Visit the Ailevate booth at HFMA Annual Conference between June 22-25 during exhibit hours. Complete and submit the entry form available at the booth. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a pair of Ray-Ban Meta Glasses (approximate retail value: $396). Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Ailevate, LLC on or about June 23. The winner will be notified via email or phone provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within 2 hours, another winner may be selected.
